Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- Experience in managing and supporting complex enterprise resource planning systems.- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to address technical challenges and deliver results.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
