As an SAP CO Lead you will lead the design implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions for global clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial controlling requirements translate them into scalable SAP solutions and drive successful project delivery.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) solution design configuration and implementation.
- Conduct workshops gather business requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Configure and support Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Allocations Product Costing and Period-End Closing processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI MM PP SD and other related modules.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide innovative business solutions.
- Drive system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants while providing functional leadership across projects.
- Prepare functional specifications process documentation and training materials.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders ensuring successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
- 10 to 18 years of SAP Controlling (CO) consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Allocations
- Period-End Closing Activities
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes and best practices.
- Experience in client-facing consulting and solution architecture roles.
- Good knowledge of integration with SAP FI MM SD PP and other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and work in a global delivery environment.
- SAP S/4HANA certifications will be an added advantage.
