Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong AI/ML Engineer SAP BTP LLM Developer with 14 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Data Science and software development. The ideal candidate will possess strong foundations in Python programming AI/ML algorithms Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role is designed for professionals who have core AI/ML and software engineering skills and are interested in applying them to enterprise business scenarios. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) SAP AI Core AI Launchpad and GenAI Hub is desirable but not mandatory.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build intelligent solutions leveraging Generative AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) machine learning models and modern cloud technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to address business use cases.
• Build and enhance LLM-based applications using prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
• Design develop and maintain Python-based applications APIs and integrations.
• Analyze data and apply Machine Learning techniques to derive insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in testing deployment and continuous improvement of AI applications.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and stay current with advancements in AI ML and Generative AI technologies.

What we look for

• Bachelors degree Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on generative AI and LLM development.
• Basic understanding of SAP BTP SAP BTP AI Core AI Launchpad services and GenAI Hub.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for AI innovation and a drive to deliver results.
