Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS core concepts HANA administration and performance tuning.
Experience with EWA reports ABAP dumps and system log analysis.
SAP Business Technology platform.
Network & infrastructure.
Familiarity with certificate management SNC/SAML configurations and RFC setups.
Proficient in troubleshooting system connectivity and application integration issues.
Knowledge of global change management (CAB) and escalation handling.
Understanding of printer/spool management and system backup/restore processes.
