Sourcing Administrator manage the end-to-end SAP Ariba sourcing lifecycle:
Design development and maintain the sourcing and evaluation templates in SAP Ariba including supporting procurement users in their requirements gathering setup and testing
Liaise with the Category Managers and Business Owners to assist with the sourcing and evaluation lifecycle activities
Liaise with the Catalogue and Supplier Enablement analyst to manage the on/off boarding of sourcing suppliers where those invited to respond are not existing preferred suppliers
Monitor the sourcing compliance dashboard and action as required
Contract Administrator SME for SAP Ariba contracts module:
Design and implement the contract management governance framework
Liaise with the Category Managers and Business Owners to:
Establish the best setup contracts in Ariba
Support the setup of contracts in SAP Ariba on behalf of the business
Monitor and advise to stakeholders the maintenance of active contracts in SAP Ariba including updating terms business owner approvers etc.
Ensure where possible that contract terms link to relevant downstream systems including P2P SRM Obligation Management systems and SAP Finance
Monitor the contract compliance dashboard and action as necessary
Provide Ariba related consulting services and guidance to:
Support the review development and implementation of automation of all sourcing and contract related activities
Support the review development and implementation of SAP Ariba and other IAG procurement system integrations to maximise automation between platforms
Support the design development and maintenance of all of the Procurement templates to reflect approved Procurement governance in both upstream and downstream procurement platforms (RFx Sourcing (Contract and Catalogue Forms) including requirements gathering setup and testing
Liaise with the procurement users and Business Owners to design and setup dashboards and bespoke reports across the Procurement systems
