Per Diem: USD 1000 per month during the applicable assignment

We are looking for an experienced SAP ALM Consultant with 8 years of experience in SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) test management project documentation and change and release management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing SAP project lifecycle activities coordinating testing processes maintaining project documentation and supporting change and release management. The candidate must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel to and work in Saudi Arabia for an initial period of three months.

• Manage SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities across the project lifecycle.

• Plan coordinate and manage test management activities including test planning test execution defect tracking and reporting.

• Prepare maintain and manage project documentation including test plans test cases status reports and other project deliverables.

• Coordinate change management and release management activities to ensure controlled and timely deployments.

• Collaborate with functional technical testing and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track project progress testing issues defects and action items and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project standards documentation processes and ALM best practices.

• Support project coordination and reporting activities throughout implementation and deployment.

• 8 years of overall relevant experience.

• Hands-on experience in SAP Application Lifecycle Management (SAP ALM).

• Strong experience in Test Management.

• Experience in Project Documentation.

• Experience in Change and Release Management.

• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

• Valid passport and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia for an initial three-month assignment.

• Flexibility to work remotely and attend the Baner Pune office when required.

• Initial deployment: Saudi Arabia for 3 months.

• After the initial assignment: Work from home.

• Office visits: Occasional travel to the Baner Pune office as required.

• Candidates must be comfortable with international travel and the hybrid work arrangement.

• Annual CTC: 20 LPA - 24 LPA paid in INR.

• Per diem allowance: USD 1000 per month subject to assignment terms.

• Company-provided travel accommodation insurance and visa for the Saudi Arabia assignment.

Candidates must meet all mandatory skill requirements and be willing to travel to Saudi Arabia for the initial three-month deployment. Profiles without relevant SAP ALM Test Management Project Documentation or Change and Release Management experience should not be submitted.

A valid passport and confirmed willingness to travel are mandatory.
