SAP ABAP & CPI Consultant

Role Overview:
The SAP ABAP & CPI Consultant will be responsible for designing developing and deploying integration solutions between SAP and external systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP ABAP. The role involves collaborating with architects functional teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure SAP CPI iFlows mappings and integration logic.
• Build and enhance SAP ABAP objects including IDocs BAPIs RFCs reports and OData services.
• Perform interface design data transformation routing and error handling.
• Review functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing and UAT.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth deployment to production.
• Prepare technical documentation test scripts and handover materials.
• Collaborate closely with onsite consultants and client teams to deliver project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong experience with SAP CPI (integration flows adapters scripts mappings).
• Good understanding of integration standards and formats (XML JSON REST SOAP EDIFACT IDocs).
• Knowledge of supply chain related processes such as goods receipt pick/pack stock movement inventory reporting and order processing is a plus.
• Ability to analyse integration requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
