Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage sample development activities
Develop samples as per buyer specifications & trends
Work closely with merchandising design & production teams
Follow up on fabrics trims colors & product approvals
Ensure timely sample submission and quality standards
Maintain sample records approvals & development timelines
Coordinate with buyers for corrections and modifications
Support product innovation and seasonal collection development
Requirements
Experience in Home Textile Sample Development / Merchandising
Knowledge of fabrics stitching trims & home textile products
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Understanding of buyer requirements and product specifications
Attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication and teamwork ability
Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Textile-related qualification preferred
- Experience in home textiles exports or textile manufacturing industry preferred
