Summary:
As a Technology Architect a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms products or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance capability and scalability. The Technology Architect collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
