Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Develop Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs REST/SOAP services and external applications.
- Configure objects fields workflows validation rules and business processes.
- Ensure data quality security and platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Support GDPR data governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related field.
- 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.
- Apex Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL and SOSL.
- Salesforce APIs REST/SOAP integrations Data Loader Workbench and VS Code.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience preferred.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
