We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer Intern / Fresher to join our growing technology team. You will work alongside experienced developers on real-world projects gaining hands-on experience with one of the world's leading CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing developing and deploying Salesforce solutions including custom objects workflows validation rules and flows.
Support the development of Apex classes triggers and Visualforce pages / Lightning Web Components (LWC) under guidance.
Help configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or other Salesforce products as per business requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions technical discussions and sprint planning meetings.
Assist in data migration integration tasks and testing of Salesforce implementations.
Write unit test classes to ensure adequate code coverage as per Salesforce standards.
Document technical solutions and maintain updated project records.
Identify bugs and work with senior developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases new features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (completed or pursuing final year).
Basic understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals — objects fields relationships profiles and permission sets.
Foundational knowledge of Apex programming language and SOQL/SOSL queries.
Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools — Process Builder Flow Builder Workflow Rules.
Basic understanding of Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Knowledge of OOP concepts and web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
