Key Responsibilities:
- QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC.
- Define and implement test strategies test plans and defect tracking processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarks
- Review and optimize test cases to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency
- Hands-on Experience in Business Manager Merchant Tool Administrator Storefront and Tool concepts.
- Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines
- Actively participate in sprint activities requirement walkthroughs and go-live planning.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource Avalara Tax Klarna Apple Pay PayPal Narvar UPS & USPS Klarna Social Logins Kount Power Reviews Einstein.
- Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration.
- Hands-on experience with different viewport executions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in a QA role
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms
- Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain user journeys and buying flows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiar with test management tools (JIRA Confluence qTest TestRail etc.)
- Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilities
- Exposure to automation testing is a plus
