Position: Salesforce Business Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6 years of relevant experience to gather business requirements translate them into Salesforce functional solutions and work closely with stakeholders developers administrators QA and project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather analyze and document business requirements

Translate requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and user stories

Create BRDs FRDs User Stories Acceptance Criteria & Process Flows

Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions

Work closely with Salesforce Developers Administrators QA and technical teams

Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements

Support Salesforce implementation enhancement and integration projects

Support UAT including test scenarios defect analysis and business validation

Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business processes and objectives

REQUIRED SKILLS

6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience

Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform & CRM processes

Experience in requirement gathering analysis documentation & stakeholder management

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

Hands-on experience with User Stories BRD/FRD Process Flows Acceptance Criteria & UAT

Understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard functionality

Good understanding of Salesforce Integrations & APIs

Strong communication analytical & problem-solving skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

GOOD TO HAVE

Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst Certification

Agile / Scrum experience

Knowledge of Jira Confluence & Salesforce

Salesforce Reports Dashboards Workflows & Automation

Exposure to Data Migration & Third-Party Integrations

CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

Strong hands-on Salesforce BA experience preferred

Immediate / Short Notice Joiners highly preferred

Must be comfortable working in IST timings

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills required
