ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Salesforce CPQ Billing and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C). The candidate will architect enterprise-scale solutions covering Product Catalog Product Modeling Pricing CPQ Order Management Billing and Subscription Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design end-to-end RCA/CPQ/Billing & Q2C architecture

Architect product catalogs bundles pricing discounting and approvals

Design subscription usage-based billing amendments renewals and proration

Lead ERP financial system payment and tax-engine integrations

Work with REST/SOAP APIs MuleSoft/Boomi & event-driven architecture

Guide Salesforce development pods integrations and enterprise delivery

Support AI/GenAI and Agentforce use cases within Q2C

Drive solution design documentation SIT/UAT deployment and go-live
