The Sales Operations Senior Executive is responsible for enabling efficient commercial execution across the West region through end-to-end order management SFDC administration service invoicing sales enablement support data governance reporting and cross-functional coordination. The role ensures accurate and timely transaction processing maintains reliable commercial data and supports stakeholders with actionable business information.

This position reports to the Commercial Operations Manager and is part of the Customer Support team. The role is based in Bengaluru and will be an on-site position supporting the West & South region of India.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage end-to-end order processing fulfilment coordination and execution for the West region ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
• Channel Partner & Customer Engagement: Manage partner and customer coordination inventory availability order tracking and timely resolution of queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administer SFDC maintain customer and commercial data and provide user support to improve system adoption and data quality.
• Manage service invoicing and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely accurate billing and resolution of discrepancies.
• Support sales enablement initiatives including documentation process coordination and operational follow-through.
• Perform data hygiene analysis and reporting activities to maintain data accuracy and provide reliable business insights.
• Coordinate with sales commercial operations logistics finance service and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely execution.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelors degree in business administration commerce finance supply chain life sciences or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in sales operations order management commercial operations customer support service invoicing or a related function.

Working proficiency in SFDC or a comparable CRM platform along with data management reporting and Microsoft Excel skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Five or more years of experience in a similar sales operations commercial operations order management or customer support role.
• Understanding of biotechnology life sciences diagnostics or a related field.
• Experience working in a regulated healthcare or medical technology environment and coordinating across multiple business functions.
