Sales Officer

DMI Housing Finance Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer you will be responsible for conducting marketing sales and brand building activities to attract new customers. You will also be responsible for sanctioning and disbursing files per month as per the targets assigned ensuring high standards of integrity and carrying out pre and post-loan activities related to home loans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent communication and influencing skills and experience in channel sales. You will be responsible for frequent on-field traveling and will be accountable for driving the Sales/Business Management in order to achieve pre-agreed business volumes.

You will also be responsible for getting legal credit and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolving customers queries if any.
