We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Business Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for driving business through channel partners DSAs connectors and open-market sourcing.

• Drive Business Secured LAP sourcing through DSAs connectors and open-market channels.
• Build and manage strong DSA/channel partner relationships.
• Achieve assigned sourcing disbursement and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with credit and company policies.
• Coordinate with Credit Legal Technical and Operations teams for smooth case processing.
• Maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
• Monitor market activity and drive consistent business growth.

• 3–8 years of experience in LAP / Business LAP / Mortgage Sales.
• Strong experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing.
• Proven track record of achieving individual business targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Raipur market.
• Good communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
