Sales Manager Contract Logistics 3PL

Jeena & Co. Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our 3PL and warehousing business.

Here are the key responsibilities for this role:

* Develop and expand the Groups Warehousing 3PL and Contract Logistics business.

* Actively participate in new RFQ/RFP processes related to 3PL and Contract Logistics.

* Engage in contract and commercial negotiations with clients.

* Collaborate with internal teams to generate 3PL leads.

* Represent the company at supply chain events to identify and cultivate 3PL opportunities.

* Retain existing business while also securing new business from current clients.

* Conduct service level meetings with customers and internal departments.

* Design SOPs and SLAs tailored to customer needs.

* Collaborate with solution design and procurement teams on proposals.

* Travel throughout India to generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess:

* 10-12 years of relevant experience in Contract Logistics.

* Expertise in serving industries such as E-Commerce FMCG Personal Care Home and Kitchen Fashion and Lifestyle and Electrical and Electronics.

* Experience in handling Pharma Chemical and Automobile Contract Logistics businesses (a plus).

Key Competencies:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Knowledge of Solution Design (a plus).

* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

* Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Education:

* Bachelors degree in any discipline (required).

* MBA or other management qualification (preferred).
