Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers understand their requirements explain Tally accounting software and convert enquiries into sales. The role involves regular customer follow-ups lead generation customer handling and maintaining accurate records in the CRM/database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and explain Tally software features.
• Convince customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer details and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer onboarding and support.
• Achieve assigned sales and call targets.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good customer convincing and communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
