Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure
Drive new business development by identifying and acquiring brands media agencies and advertisers
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with a focus on 1 crore deal closures
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational growth goals
Deliver compelling sales pitches presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized media solutions for clients

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Sales Advertising Sales or Business Development
Strong background in media digital marketing or advertising industry is mandatory
Proven expertise in lead generation revenue growth and closing high-value deals

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
