Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Female BDE who can drive business expansion through strong client acquisition revenue generation and deal closures within the media and advertising ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a proven track record of closing high-value deals and building long-term client relationships.

Joining: Immediate or within 15-20 days


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure
  • Drive new business development by identifying and acquiring brands media agencies and advertisers
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with a focus on 1 crore deal closures
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational growth goals
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized media solutions for clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Sales Advertising Sales or Business Development
  • Strong background in media digital marketing or advertising industry is mandatory
  • Proven expertise in lead generation revenue growth and closing high-value deals
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven proactive and highly result-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with brands agencies and advertisers
