Job Overview
Green Stapler is seeking a Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients meeting with them explaining what we do and converting them into addition they will be responsible for providing our services to clients maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring timely payments. This role requires a strong sales mindset confident negotiation ability and the capability to close deals while maintaining trust and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Bring in new clients through calls references networking and other sales channels
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound client communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Ensure timely follow-ups and closures
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales client acquisition or relationship management
Strong communication convincing and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to acquire new business and close deals confidently
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business finance or related field preferred
1 years of work experience preferably in the financial services industry
