SailPoint IAM:
We are looking for a mid-senior level SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with 7 to 10 years of dedicated IT experience with at least 4 to 6 years of hands-on expertise in designing deploying and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
This role is to bridge between technical execution and identity governance strategy requiring strong development skills alongside an understanding of regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
. Up to 10 years of experience in IT Industry and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
. Minimum 4-year hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
. Strong proficiency in programming like Java BeanShell JavaScript XML and REST/SOAP APIs to write custom rules workflows and integrations.
. In-depth understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes Identity Lifecycle Management and Automated Provisioning/De-provisioning.
. Proven capability implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) Access Certifications and Separation of Duties (SoD) policies.
. Integration experience with Active Directory (AD) LDAP Entra ID (Azure AD) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (SAML OAuth).
. Solid knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Oracle MySQL) and directory configuration; familiarity with hosting environments (Windows/Linux).
. Experience configuring custom connectors and integrating SailPoint with HR applications (e.g. PeopleSodt WorkDay) and ITSM systems (e.g. BMC ServiceNow).
. Architect configure and customize SailPoint modules (such as Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager) to align with specific business workflows.
. Lead the onboarding of new enterprise applications managing entitlement aggregations attribute mapping and custom connector setup.
. Diagnose and resolve integration bugs configuration discrepancies and identity data synchronization issues across multi-environment setups.
. Implement and execute access review campaigns build custom compliance reports and ensure the IAM platform satisfies SOX HIPAA or GDPR controls.
. Maintain SailPoint source code deploy builds and manage transitions across dev QA UAT and production environments using tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
. Ability to run requirements-gathering workshops with both business stakeholders and technical teams to design logical access profiles.
. Capability to mentor junior engineers run knowledge transfer sessions and produce technical design documentation.
. Good English communication skills for client and onshore interactions.
. Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
. Ability to follow TL/Management instructions and provide timely status updates.
Good to Have
. Knowledge of SailPoint Identity (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) (SaaS).
. Programming and scripting knowledge in Java BeanShell Javascript.
. Exposure to Active Directory (AD) LDAP Entra ID (Azure AD) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (SAML OAuth).
Certification:
. SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect certification is mandatory.
