About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) identity governance access certification provisioning and integration with enterprise applications. You will be responsible for implementing managing and enhancing identity lifecycle and access governance solutions to strengthen organizational security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop implement and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
• Configure identity lifecycle management user provisioning de-provisioning role management and access governance.
• Develop and maintain connectors for Active Directory LDAP Azure AD SAP databases and enterprise applications.
• Build and customize workflows lifecycle events approval processes and provisioning policies.
• Configure access certification campaigns segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance reporting.
• Develop custom rules plugins forms reports and business processes using SailPoint best practices.
• Troubleshoot identity synchronization provisioning failures and connector issues.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems cloud applications and on-premises enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure security and application teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Perform upgrades patches performance tuning and system maintenance.
• Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Create technical documentation deployment guides and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• 48 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience implementing user lifecycle management provisioning and access governance solutions.
• Good understanding of authentication authorization federation and identity protocols.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and directories with SailPoint.
• Knowledge of IAM best practices compliance and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
