Job Summary
Responsibilities / Expectations
1. Design & Development of Automation Solutions
o Develop end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 for enterprise processes.
2. Document Extraction & Automation Expertise
o Build and manage document automation models (A360 DA) to extract structured/unstructured data from invoices forms and business documents.
3. VBA / Macro Development
o Create and maintain complex VBA scripts/macros for Excel-based data processing reporting and reconciliation use cases.
4. Integration & Data Handling
o Integrate bots with external systems (SAP portals databases APIs) and handle large datasets for automation workflows.
5. GenAI-enabled Automation (Good to have)
o Leverage GenAI capabilities within A360 for intelligent document extraction rule-based processing and prompt-based logic where applicable
6. Bot Optimization & Performance Tuning
o Ensure scalability reusability and performance optimization of bots with proper error handling and logging.
7. Exception Handling & Validation Framework
o Design validation and exception handling workflows for document processing (validation queues reprocessing manual intervention flows)
8. Support Maintenance & Enhancements
o Provide ongoing support debugging and enhancement of existing automations across production and UAT environments.
9. Technical Documentation & Standards
o Prepare detailed SDDs technical design documents and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance practices.
10. Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Delivery
o Work closely with business analysts SMEs and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions in Agile setups.
