Rooms Division Manager IMV

• Responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the Rooms Division including Front Office and Housekeeping operations and overlooking F&B Service part.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards personalized attention and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
• Lead train and motivate the Rooms Division team to achieve operational excellence and service goals.
• Oversee room inventory management occupancy optimization and effective coordination with Sales and Revenue teams.
• Monitor departmental budgets cost controls productivity and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards SOPs hygiene safety and quality audit requirements.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores through continuous improvement initiatives and service recovery practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and operational coordination.
• Conduct regular performance reviews coaching sessions and skill development programs for team members.
• Responsible for achieving departmental KPIs enhancing profitability and maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence.

Qualifications :

Degree in Hotel Management.

10 years of work experience.

Strive for results (Success oriented data finder initiate / pro-active).

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to think strategically inductively & creatively.

Pleasant personality & grooming.

Comfortable taking ownership  of projects.
