Sr. Finance Analyst VMB


As a Sr. Finance Analyst you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine and make a direct impact on patient outcomes while driving operational excellence.

As a Sr. Finance Analyst within IMFT Value Management Business (VMB) you will play a critical role in by ensuring financial controlling transparency and supporting data-driven decision-making.

You will partner across Finance PMO and business stakeholders to monitor performance against targets identify risks and opportunities and strengthen governance over investment and value outcomes.

As a Sr. Finance Analyst you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine and make a direct impact on patient outcomes while driving operational excellence.

As a Sr. Finance Analyst within IMFT Value Management Business (VMB) you will play a critical role in by ensuring financial controlling transparency and supporting data-driven decision-making.

You will partner across Finance PMO and business stakeholders to monitor performance against targets identify risks and opportunities and strengthen governance over investment and value outcomes.

  • Perform Quarter-end close for the project
  • Maintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks tools and reporting (e.g. trackers dashboards governance materials)
  • Lead cost control tracking across IMFT initiatives ensuring alignment with approved budget
  • key contact in internal and external financial and compliance audits
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership forums
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes reporting automation and data quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT (JJT) PMO and business partners to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Ensure alignment with WWP guidance in project spend and capital accounting
  • Maintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks tools and reporting (e.g. trackers dashboards governance materials)
  • Lead cost control tracking across IMFT initiatives ensuring alignment with approved budget
  • key contact in internal and external financial and compliance audits

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic fast-paced and frequently changing environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder Management including ability to influence and challenge
  • Passion for driving change and ability to inspire business adoption of new processes and technology
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
  • 4 years of relevant finance experience (FP&A project finance transformation finance or value management)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
  • Experience with financial modeling forecasting and performance tracking
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
  • Passion for driving change and supporting business adoption of new processes and tools
