Robotics Engineer Contract

5-9 years of experience in BIW Robotic simulation.

Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.

Hands-on experience with Fanuc Motoman KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.

Experience on layout optimization.

Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding riveting Adhesive & Sealing Stud welding and material handling.

Experience on Arc welding hemming clinching laser welding screwing will be an added advantage.

Experience identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.

Experience on Fixture tool & Gun Kinematics.

Experience on Tool validation weld spot distribution work cell preparation weld gun finalization robot path preparation.

Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.

Awareness on RCS OLP documentation cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.

Software Skills must have: Dassault Delmia V5

Software Skills good to have: 3DX
