As the Lead AI Engineer & Technical Architect you will be the primary visionary and engineering lead our next-generation autonomous operations platform. You will design and orchestrate a multi-agent ecosystem that converts complex enterprise monitoring signals into autonomous actions. You will own the core architecture-built on LangGraph stateful orchestrators and enterprise integrations-ensuring zero-trust security strict deterministic guards and low-latency execution in a high-throughput production environment. A central pillar of this role is architecting our Topology-Aware Knowledge Graph to map complex enterprise infrastructure dependencies giving our agents true spatial and systemic context during incident triage and resolution.
