Store Manager Eelectronics Retail

Location: Surat (Adajan)

Salary: 3 LPA 4 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets (KPI-driven role)

Monitor and improve store KPIs such as conversion rate average bill value and footfall

Ensure proper visual merchandising and display standards as per brand guidelines

Handle inventory management stock audits and replenishment planning

Lead train and motivate the store team for better performance

Manage team scheduling attendance and productivity

Control and reduce employee attrition through engagement and retention strategies

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations effectively

Maintain store hygiene discipline and compliance with company policies

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager

Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales strategies

Hands-on experience in team handling and store operations

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Experience in retail / consumer durables / lifestyle stores
