Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with painters contractors builders architects engineers and other key customers.
Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities.
Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption and team alignment.
Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.
Requirements
Requirements:
Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated disciplined and driven by performance targets.
6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g. AP/Akzo Laminates Plywood Electricals Lubricants).
Candidate must be a Graduate and should have good mathematics skills.
