Job Summary

Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sales channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products. Explain policy features benefits coverage and terms clearly to customers. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance documentation and renewals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally. Stay updated on insurance products market trends and industry developments.

Requirements

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in retail sales insurance sales financial services or customer-facing sales roles will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
