Manage end-to-end store operations including staff scheduling cash handling SOP compliance audits and shrinkage control to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Drive sales performance by achieving store targets monitoring KPIs such as ASP conversion and sell-through and identifying growth opportunities through sales analysis.

Oversee inventory management stock replenishment and stock accuracy while ensuring effective visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

Lead train and mentor store teams to enhance productivity customer engagement and overall team performance.

Conduct employee performance reviews provide regular feedback and support hiring and retention of high-performing sales staff.

Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns or escalations promptly.
