We are looking for a 2-3 years experienced Associate to support multiple strategic and operational responsibilities across Resource management Change Management Internal Communications & Project Coordination. This is a high exposure role designed for someone with strong foundational skills a learning mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic high matrix environment. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership support firm wide initiatives and build capabilities across multiple dimensions with training and mentoring provided on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management
Vendor & Workforce Coordination - Support CWK onboarding (Sourcing profiling finalization onboarding/bgv risk assessment cost approvals etc) maintain dashboards for workforce tracking and visibility.
System & Data Management - Oversee PRMS upkeep for data accuracy and timely updates.
Vendor contract management
Change Management & Internal Communications
Support internal change initiatives through creation of newsletters internal communications presentations and promotional material for firm wide programs
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholder including follow ups inputs alignment meetings and communication cadence
Track feedback training programs and adoption metrics; maintain structured trackers and reports
Project Coordination
Provide project coordination support as part of change initiatives including tracking actions timelines dependencies and preparing structured status updates
Skills & Competencies
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams Word PowerPoint Excel OneDrive SharePoint)
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (tracking analysis presentations)
Basic awareness of AI based productivity tools and interest in learning AI enabled ways of working
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical structured and detail oriented mindset
Fast learner with high ownership and execution focus
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Education Requirement
MBA (preferred) in Management Marketing Operations HR or related discipline
