We are looking for an experienced Requirement Engineer with a solid background in the automotive domain to manage and align system and software requirements across multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyse and structure functional and non-functional requirements for automotive systems and software.
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through design development and validation phases.
- Conduct requirement reviews and support impact/risk assessments for changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams system engineers software developers test engineers and product owners to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
- Maintain high-quality documentation using tools such as DOORS Code beamer JIRA or Confluence.
- Support compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR.
- Communicate effectively across global teams and foster a collaborative team-oriented culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering Computer Science Electronics or related field.
- 68 years of experience in requirement management or systems engineering preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools (DOORS Code Beamer or equivalent).
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional international teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or SysML.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
- Understanding of Vehicle E/E architecture or embedded systems.
- Experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
