Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations and welfare of students residing in our hostel facility located in Savalagi Bagalkot Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe disciplined and supportive living environment that promotes student well-being academic success and personal growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage hostel activities ensure compliance with institutional policies and serve as a point of contact for students parents and staff. The Hostel Warden will contribute significantly to fostering a positive and inclusive residential community.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the hostel including student check-ins attendance and room assignments.
Ensure adherence to safety hygiene and security protocols within the hostel premises.
Act as a primary point of contact for students parents and faculty regarding hostel-related concerns.
Monitor student behavior and intervene promptly to address disciplinary issues or personal challenges.
Coordinate with maintenance and support staff for timely resolution of facility issues.
Organize and supervise hostel events activities and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate records of student information attendance and incident reports.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an educational or residential setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with student welfare practices and basic knowledge of institutional rules and regulations.
Proficient in basic computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
Willingness to live on-site or maintain a flexible schedule to support student needs.
