Job Summary
- Provide first- second- and third-level technical support to internal users across departments.
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure including desktops laptops printers and network devices.
- Monitor and ensure the security integrity and availability of company data and systems.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures including firewalls antivirus software and access controls.
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise software applications used in CRM ERP inventory management and digital marketing.
- Assist in the deployment configuration and maintenance of cloud-based services (e.g. Microsoft 365 Azure or AWS).
- Collaborate with vendors and external IT partners for hardware/software procurement maintenance and upgrades.
- Document IT processes policies and standard operating procedures for consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular system audits backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend IT improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 25 years of proven experience in IT support systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems Microsoft 365 and network protocols.
- Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and user account management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad and adapt to evolving business needs.
