Job Summary
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and concept validation to launch optimization and retirement.
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
- Drive cross-functional prioritization using data user insights and business impact analysis to maximize ROI.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics (KPIs) including adoption retention engagement and revenue growth.
- Champion user-centered design principles and ensure products meet evolving customer needs through continuous research and feedback loops.
- Manage a high-performing product team including mentoring performance management and talent development.
- Represent the product function in executive forums providing strategic insights and influencing investment decisions.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and competitive landscapes to maintain a sustainable innovation edge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards data privacy and security best practices across all product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or AVP level).
- Proven track record of leading complex scalable product portfolios in a technology-driven environment.
- Expertise in agile methodologies product lifecycle management and iterative development frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis A/B testing and product experimentation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional product teams.
- Deep understanding of SaaS cloud platforms and digital product ecosystems.
- Experience in scaling products in fast-growing startups or enterprise technology companies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Aha! Productboard) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Looker)
