Job Summary
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to design develop and maintain scalable and reliable software applications.
- Write clean efficient and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to ensure high code quality and system reliability.
- Contribute to the implementation of new features and enhancements in alignment with product requirements.
- Work with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines to manage code changes and deployments.
- Assist in writing technical documentation test cases and user guides.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
- Support testing efforts including unit testing integration testing and defect resolution.
- Engage in agile development practices including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of professional experience in software development with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in software development tools and frameworks relevant to the technology stack used by the organization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
