Job Summary
- Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and user interviews to inform product strategy.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on business value user impact and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation including PRDs user flows and wireframes.
- Track key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide iterative improvements.
- Facilitate sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives as part of agile development processes.
- Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure smooth product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in product management business analysis or a similar role within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or similar project and product management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and metrics tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design practices.
- Experience with API documentation technical specifications or working with software development teams is a plus.
