Job Summary
- Collect validate and clean manufacturing data from ERP MES and production systems.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including OEE throughput yield defect rates and downtime.
- Identify trends anomalies and root causes in production data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production quality and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Prepare executive summaries and data-driven presentations for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with internal audit and reporting standards.
- Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and best practices in manufacturing data reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Industrial) Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes KPIs and operational metrics (OEE TPM Six Sigma concepts are a plus).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Freshers with internship or academic project experience in data analysis are encouraged to apply.
