Job Summary
- Collect clean and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends patterns and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel SQL Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering marketing and operations to deliver data-backed recommendations.
- Support the creation of KPIs and performance metrics to track business outcomes.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and support executive decision-making.
- Document analytical processes and findings clearly for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on emerging data analytics trends tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Freshers with relevant internships or academic projects in data analysis are encouraged to apply.
