Job Summary
- Own enterprise Voice AI Agents end-to-end taking them from concept to production and driving continuous optimization.
- Understand customer workflows and translate them into effective conversational journeys business rules and AI-agent configurations.
- Write test and refine prompts to deliver accurate natural contextual and brand-aligned conversations.
- Analyse test and live calls to identify issues handle edge cases and continuously improve agent performance.
- Collaborate with customers Product Engineering AI and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
- Track business and operational metrics communicate performance insights and convert customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 25 years of relevant experience in AI Implementation Product Management Strategy Consulting or Solutions Engineering ideally in AI-native companies or adjacent domains.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape AI agent design & prompt writing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them.
- (Preferred) Background in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
