Requirements
* *Experience Base:* 57 years of progressive verified professional success operating as a Social Media Specialist Platform Lead or Digital Growth Manager explicitly within a *Mainstream Digital Newsroom Broadcast Media House or Scale Digital Publishing Network*.
* *Monetization Fluency:* Direct hands-on experience navigating the backend rules of Meta Creator Studio/Meta Business Suite copyright compliance and digital revenue structures.
* *Core Competencies:* Stellar news judgment high agility to handle real-time breaking events strong shorthand copy capabilities and a deep working familiarity with digital analytics dashboards.
* *Attributes:* A data-driven yet execution-focused mindset strong cross-team collaboration skills and the resilience to operate smoothly under tight digital media deadlines.
