Requirements
- 13 years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation
- Demonstrated expertise in Reels and video editing (e.g. CapCut Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Photoshop Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of SEO hashtag strategy and organic growth techniques
- Ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends and platform updates
- Experience managing community interactions through stories comments and chat features
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics YouTube Studio)
- Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and workflow optimization is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content samples
Required Skills:
Experience - 1-4 years Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing digital and packaging design work. Understanding of social media platform requirements and visual storytelling principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
