Job Summary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements and market needs.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals user feedback and data insights.
- Create and maintain detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of product features.
- Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics tools; report on KPIs and trends.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and agile ceremonies.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
- Support go-to-market strategies including feature launches and internal training.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced iterative environments.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management including roadmap planning backlog management and prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel Amplitude) and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with user research wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Axure).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
