- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute talent strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end leadership hiring including succession planning and high-potential development
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability and growth
- Champion manager enablement through coaching training and leadership development programs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scalable growth
- Build and refine HR processes and people practices that are efficient compliant and scalable
- Serve as a change agent balancing strategic foresight with operational execution
Requirements
* 1015 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
* Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced organizations preferably Ecommerce companies
* Strong experience in leadership hiring and talent strategy
* Expertise in performance management and organizational effectiveness
* Experience in manager enablement coaching and employee engagement
* Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
* Experience building scalable HR processes and people practices
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Passion for building high-performing organizations from the ground up
