Job Summary


  • Perform routine and specialized quality control tests on raw materials in-process samples and finished products using advanced analytical instruments (e.g. HPLC GC UV-Vis FTIR).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities in compliance with SOPs and GxP standards.
  • Calibrate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Investigate and document deviations out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support method validation verification and transfer activities in alignment with industry guidelines (e.g. ICH USP EP).
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols environmental standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 17025 GLP etc.).
  • Participate in internal and external audits providing documentation and support as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends generating reports and recommending process enhancements.
  • Train and mentor junior lab personnel on best practices safety procedures and quality standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biochemistry Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
  • 25 years of hands-on experience in a QC laboratory within the technology pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques including HPLC GC UV-Vis FTIR and Karl Fischer titration.
  • Strong understanding of GMP GLP ISO 17025 and other relevant quality systems.
  • Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and electronic data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation write clear reports and communicate findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with CAPA root cause analysis and risk assessment tools (e.g. FMEA 5 Whys).
  • Willingness to work in a regulated environment with strict adherence to documentation and compliance standards.
