Job Summary
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Payment Collection Client: Call email and follow up to collect installation payments; Visit client meetings and clear bills; Check every project report and keep records in excel sheet.
Project Planning & Design: Develop comprehensive project plans; Oversee design and planning; Work closely with architects and engineers.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead project teams; Assign tasks and monitor progress; Foster a high-performing environment.
Coordination & Communication: Act as primary point of contact for internal departments (finance procurement legal); Manage stakeholder relationships.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Risk Management: Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain contracts schedules and progress reports
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Commerce Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven 1 years of work experience in project coordination within the MEP or HVAC industry.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems for BMS (Building Management System).
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
Expert in MS Office.
Proficiency in project management software.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
