Job Summary

  • Achievement of the Business plan Zone wise/ State wise / Area wise.
  • Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same.
  • Ensure business growth and sales volume.
  • Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget.
  • Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship.
  • Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region.
  • Managing dealer and distributor network.
  • Expansion of the dealer & distribution network.
  • Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region.
  • Ensuring price & credit control.
  • Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region.
  • Optimum utilization of resources & cost management.
  • Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills

    Presentable personality

  • 35 years of recent experience in project sales

  • Preferably owns a private vehicle

  • Should be from the project segment with strong connections with architects builders and interior designers (not from a retail background)

  • strong connections with Architects Interior Designers Builders and Developers.


Project sales/direct sales background only

Channel sales profiles will not be considered

Good communication & presentable personality required

Own vehicle & travel flexibility required

Should independently handle client meetings quotations negotiations & coordination

Strong network with architects designers builders developers consultants & contractors required

Only candidates from Building Materials industry will be considered




Required Skills:

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines


Required Education:
