Job Summary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements and market needs.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals user feedback and data insights.
- Create and maintain detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of product features.
- Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics tools; report on KPIs and trends.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and agile ceremonies.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
- Support go-to-market strategies including feature launches and internal training.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in product management business analysis or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or similar project management platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a user-first approach.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to work with design teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
